How It Works

I want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason LoudnessNormalizer doesn't meet your expectations, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date.

How to Request a Refund

Send an email to info@loudnessnormalizer.com with your order number or the email address you used to purchase. I'll process your refund within 3-5 business days.

What Happens After a Refund

Once your refund is processed, your license key will be deactivated. You can continue using the free version of the App (limited to 1 file at a time) at any time.

Try Before You Buy

I also offer a free version of LoudnessNormalizer that lets you normalize one file at a time with no time limit and no signup required. I encourage you to try the free version before purchasing to make sure the App works well on your system and fits your workflow.

Exceptions

I reserve the right to decline refund requests made after the 14-day window, or in cases of clear abuse (such as repeated purchase-and-refund cycles). These situations are rare — I believe in treating customers fairly.
